Mr. Bankim Doshi – Chairman

Mr. Bankim Doshi laid the foundation of Talent Corner in 2002 .
In 1978 he started his career as a Insurance agent with Life Insurance Corporation of India (LIC). In the past he had launched many online portals like www.anurash.com (Offering and comparing various insurance products)www.lagnanbandhan.com (on-line matrimonial website) and www.satpusto.com (a family tree website).
In 1989, he was also awarded a GOLD Medal by Honorable LIC Chairman for a record break business of 5 crores.
He plays a major role in building the teams & the strategy at Talent Corner.

He strongly believes that for the successful business one needs to empower the team and that team will take the company to the next level.

Mr. Rashesh Doshi – Managing Director

He joined the company in 2004, and expanded the recruitment and business development teams. He came up with a Franchise Model which is extremely strong & effective. Today Talent Corner is one of the Companies which has run the franchise business expansion plan for many years & has brought loads of success to its partners and to Talent Corner.

He is focused on being responsible for the strategic growth of the company.

He believes in the Philosophy of “Plan More, Think Longer & Once decided Act Fast”.

Rashesh is a Member of BNI (Business Networking International), Round Table India and Mr. Harsh Mariwala’s (Marico Industries) PSR Project – Ascent.
