• End to End Customer relationship management.
• Safeguarding all systems are working fine and as per compliance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Understand clients' needs, expectations, existing portfolio, risk profile and financial bandwidth.
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and financial regulations to provide accurate and up-to-date information to client.
