GullyHR idea came into existence with the challenges we faced at our startup GullySales, brand of Gully Business Design Pvt Ltd.

Challenges in hiring skilled and culture fit resources

We often outsourced our hiring need to external recruitment agency, one thing we observed is recruitment agencies were good at sourcing right candidate profiles, and were looking to close the position faster. Our challenge was to hire candidate who was both skilled, and culture fit for our organization.

Challenges in onboarding

We hired resources and we lacked process in onboarding resources, this led to delay in project delivery. When we started introducing onboarding process, they understood the process, structure and their productivity improved.

Performance Management

We also found giving regular feedback to employees improved their performance. We also introduced monetary based incentives and non-monetary based initiatives, increased the sense of belongingness, accountability and creative ideas from the team.

We saw the direct impact of HR process on GullySales revenue. We found the same HR challenges at our customer companies, which were preventing them to reach their goals.

This led in creation of GullyHR. Our goal at GullyHR is to design effective and efficient HR process, create HR policies, recruit right resource, and also support our customers in all aspects of HR needs.
