Recognizing the need for an affordable multispeciality hospital in Erode to provide a comprehensive health care for patients with multiple health problems, Dr.K.Kuppusamy Ph.D., Dr.S.Murugan M.D., D.M., Dr.K.Umamaheswari M.D.,DGO and their family drew the blue print to build a multispeciality hospital in the turmeric city of Erode in 2010 . The 100 bedded multispeciality hospital named ‘Erode Medical Centre (EMC)’ was established in August 2014.
