Best Buildwell Private Limited was formed as a construction company in 1996 under the leadership of Mr. Sanjeev Malhotra. In the past, the company worked on contracts with DDA, CPWD, NBCC and by far completed several projects. Over the years, the experience and proficiency of senior employees in construction activities enabled the company to restructure and grow its horizon, thereby expanding into Non- Government sector primarily in Delhi NCR.

This change provided the company with an opportunity to move into the luxury sector and create some of the best societies of Delhi in terms of both, quality as well as aesthetics. New generation of directors in the company adopted innovative methods for disruption of the retail sector of construction and took up numerous commercial and residential projects all across Delhi NCR. These projects paved the way for the formation of a retail wing of the company, with its office located in Gurgaon.
