Our philosophy derives its core strength from the principle of Ayurvedic term, Panchamahabhuta, also renowned as Tattva in Yoga Shastra. The pancha (five) bhut or tattva (elements) are: Aakash (sky), Vayu (air), Agni (fire), Jala (water), and Prithvi (earth). These five elements are responsible for the creation of the Universe and also considered the building blocks of this material world.
