I came from an engineering background and have always believed, if one wants to excel in a field, one has to be passionate about it.  With strong commitment and determination, I started my journey in the Leather Industry almost 47 years back and always had clear vision to translate my dreams into reality.  As it is rightly said, great vision without great team is irrelevant.  I was always fortunate to have a dedicated, hardworking team, which not only shared my tasks, but also played a vital role in multiplying the success.  I still believe that dreams do come true when you are passionate about anything.  My message for everyone is, “Innovate and dare to come up with out of box ideas.”  At present, our company is involved in making Sustainable Products by innovating technologies/ processes to minimize the impact on the environment.
